This is my interpretation of what I believe the healing journey is about.
What might we actually be looking for from having therapy?
How far do we want to go with it to achieve the outcomes that we desire most?
Of course it's a very personal journey and will depend on a number of factors but using this a a guide in a therapy room with my clients has really helped them to understand not only the part that they need to play in that journey but also whether or not they are actually ready to take the next step at the current time.
